At Aajkaal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 15 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Log into your Aajkaal account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the original invoice to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect the pickup acknowledgment.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the items reach our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
